Does anyone have any ideas?
I got the versa 2 today and I can't seem to connect to the Spotify app. I have premium Spotify, have logged in on the Fitbit app, and played music from Spotify on my phone. But when I click the app on the mobile it says connecting and then goes to the 'check your connection' page.. please help! I've been searching for ages

I'm having the same issue. My old to watch even works out of the box....not too impressed right now.

I restarted my phone and it worked! Most other ppl said the same thing. Hope it works for you?

I am having the same issue. I get a no internet connection even though my phone is connected ok.
