Just got my versa lite 3 days ago and my sleep tracking is not working at all no data has been entered and can not figure out why any help?

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure of the following details:
* Your device is positioned correctly on your wrist:
* Tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on your wrist.
Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
