Versa 2 Stopped Working

My versa 2 screen went static then would not charge. I went through troubleshoot recommendations with no luck.  Then after 2 days spontaneously started working again, sadly only for a week before the screen went black and now is not responsive, will not show signs of charging and will not turn on. I haven't had this watch for very long either.
