Versa 2 Stopped Working

I woke up this morning and my Versa 2 would not turn on. My app shows the battery at 60%. I've tried charging the Versa 2 and also tried holding the button in for about 10 seconds and nothing works. I have also read and tried everything in the troubleshooting guide. I've read through the forums and this seems to be a major issue. My Versa 2 is only 10 months old and should not be having these issues.

This is me too. Woke up and the clock face won’t come up. App says it’s at 87% but clock face says 33%. Won’t synch. Last synced 951 last night. Mine is also very new. Help!!!

Mine too... It's about 3mos old and sometime overnight it stopped working.

Mine also.  Bought in May of this year.  Updated this morning but was working before I did the latest update.  Now it won’t even charge

Me too!!! My versa is also 10 months old and the screen is blank! I’m having the same issues. It was fine last night, this morning nothing ☹️

Same here - only had it about 3 or 4 months too. Won’t turn on, won’t charge etc. Was ok yesterday but not today

I have the exact same issue. My Versa is a bit older but well cared for. Maddening.

Mine too. Started working about an hour ago. I had it laying on my desk and I noticed the green heart rate light flashing.

I woke up to my Versa 2 not working as well and I have only had it for a couple of months. It last synched at 3 something this morning. Only 29% battery life yet the app says its at medium. Very frustrating seeing that my last fitbit completely crapped out.
