My versa2 just stopped working, done all the resets and plugged back in the charger, still not coming to life.
many ideas?

Same here- got my Versa 2 three years ago this Christmas. Last month the touchscreen became non responsive but tracker and app still tracked. This week it went black. Can occasionally see the Fitbit logo on the screen but that is it. No longer syncs with app either. Is the lifespan of the product?

Thank you for this information, I understand how you feel about it. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Or verify that the Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb Mode are off.

Appreciate your response here. I am unable to do any of those steps since when I do the restart the only thing I ever get back is a black screen and occasionally the Fitbit logo there is no clock face. There is no responsiveness to the touchscreen at all.
