Hi @MarieOL22 - do you have the device lock option in the Fitbit App,, click profile photo, device photo, and scroll to the bottom?

My Device Lock mysteriously disappeared. I contacted the chat and they were not helpful at all. I said the same thing 3 times. I accidentally deleted the Watch off the app so I can't sync it to the App now. I updated the App this morning as well. The watch was working perfectly fine this morning and this happened.

@MarieOL22- you may have to reinstall the Fitbit App if it is seriously corrupted. and then do all the Notification set up again. Also the next step may also be necessary if you remove the watch from the App, which could also have a bearing on the behaviour..
@NickySenz - try removing the Bluetooth entry for your Versa from the phone then in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

Uninstalled the App and trying to log in, it's telling me it is "unavailable, try again later"........rather suspicious I must say. Is Fitbit trying to make me buy a new watch? 🤔
This started when I updated the App on my phone this morning. The screen was sticking and then told me to use my phone to unlock it. Low and below the feature to unlock it disappeared. Contacted the help twice today and I am being told they can't do anything. I was a happy customer until now. I can't even log into the App on my phone and I paid for premium. This is just great.......
I wish someone from Fitbit would reach out.

So after a few tries, I got it to factory reset and by some miracle it works. Still not seeing the device lock feature though.

@NickySenz - if you managed to factory reset, your watch is like it was when you got it and has to be set up again.
In its current state it won't have device lock enabled on the watch anymore and once set up you may see the option again.
