Versa 2 won't keep the correct time

The time displays about ten minutes behind at all times on my Versa 2

 

I’ve turned off the automatically set time in the Fitbit app settings

I’ve turned off automatic time set in my phones settings

My watch is updated 

I’ve shutdown 

I’ve unpaired and repaired bluetooth

My watch is syncing correctly 

 

please help?

Hi @Wild_grace  - you seem to have done good steps however sometimes it needs a little persistence.

 

Did you logout of the Fitbit App and restart your phone and watch again? Then sync.

 

After a few times of syncing it should work.
