Hi there,
My versa 2 has stopped working. It won't charge, won't syinc to my phone, and presents with just black screen.
I have tried chargering with different power points; cleaned the back of the device; held the button on the side for five and ten seconds, and continously.
I have had no luck. I have been doing a lot of swimming of recent but just in the pool and the sea.
Any help is appreciated. I like my versa and don't want to have to pay for another one.

My versa 2 has the same issues. I took it in the pool for the first time on Friday and it was never submerge for more than 10 min at 1 foot of water. That night it lost all charge. I charged it all night and the next day was able to get it to turn on and sync. Then later that night it went kind of crazy by vibrating nonstop. Now the screen is blank and unresponsive.
