My Versa 2 has randomly started switching itself off. This happens even when there is still charge in the battery. It can happen up to 3 or 4 times a day!! The battery is not holding charge more than 2 days. I have had it since Christmas 2021 so only just over a year. I have tried lots of different things eg hard restart, turning Bluetooth off and on, changing clock faces and nothing helps. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi there @MrsPLC, it's good to have you in the Community.
I appreciate the comments and troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
Also check these articles, Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.

Thanks for the response. I contacted customer service support and did all the steps they advised. Sadly during the process my Versa 2 gave up on life completely and refused to switch back on. I have been sent out a replacement device which I hope lasts longer than the last one!!
