Versa 2 - Sync issues with Huawei

Hello,

 

my Huawei P20 Pro smartphone keeps losing my Versa 2, since the first day I got it (like 3 days ago).

 

What I tried :

- Make sure my phone is up to date (Settings > System > About phone)

    + Model : CLT-L29

    + Build number : 9.1.0.328(C432E5R1P9)

    + EMUI version : 9.1.0

    + Android version : 9

- Make sure the Fitbit app is up to date (Settings > Apps > Apps > Fitbit)

    + Version 3.6.1

- Make sure the OS on my Versa 2 is up to date (Swipe left > Settings > Settings)

    + Version 35.68.9.12

- Settings > Apps > Apps > Fitbit > Notification > ALL : ON

- Settings > Apps > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions > ALL : ON

- Settings > Apps > Apps > Fitbit > Power usage details > Power consumption alert : OFF

- Settings > Apps > Apps > Fitbit > Power usage details > App launch :

    + Manage automatically : OFF

    + Auto-launch : ON

    + Secondary launch : ON

    + Run in background : ON

- Turning OFF the Bluetooth scanning to help (Settings > Security & privacy > Location access > Advanced settings)

- Rebooted my phone

 

To temporarly fix this issue, I have to turn OFF and ON my Versa 2, each time it's happening.

 

But I don't think it's normal that I have to do it every day, several times a day. So can you give me a real solution, please ?

Your problem may be having secondary launch off. Try this it worked for me on my p20. https://youtu.be/a91CDZh3LlQ
