I have been a big Fitbit supporter since my first Alta. I have owned several devices including the Alta, the Blaze, the Versa 1, and now the Versa 2. After MONTHS of frustration with my Versa 2 and numerous syncing issues, I came here to say that I will never purchase another Fitbit watch again unless they consider a dramatic overhaul to correct all of the syncing/update issues on their devices and the app. I shouldn't have to unpair/pair my device every time I want to resync my watch to the app and I shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall the app on my phone every time there is an update on my watch. It's ridiculous. I also feel like I've read numerous reviews and forums about the SAME ISSUE and nothing ever gets corrected.

I feel the same ! Fitbit versa 2 won’t sync says there is an up date which I cannot get into.. only recording have my sleep and steps . Very very disappointed with Fitbit.
