Versa 2 - Syncing issues

My versa 2 came from another person previously, but had no issues until I removed some apps from my watch that she previously had.

 

Now it continuously sends me notifications during the day saying apps couldn't sync, even after I go in and ensure it has synced. 

 

Daily, it tells me it couldn't sync my versa 2 and now it even tells me when I go in, to forget the device, turn off blue tooth and wait it to request to pair. This is every day. I have turned my phone on and off, I have forget the device and reconnected, I have removed the device from the app and reset it up.

 

Most days it doesn't fully record the whole day, it stops around the afternoon or night time, so it is incomplete data the next day.

 

It also now dies really quickly, whereas, it used to last days.

 

I am unsure what to do.

Hi @krystenhend - if a watch is constantly having a syncing issue it might drain the battery more.

As a first step try logout of the app and restart both watch and phone. Also identify what app you removed which might have caused the issue.
