Versa 2 Time Sync

My versa 2 has just recently stopped displaying the correct time after I sync it.

I have updated both the app & tracker, restarted it & then done a factory reset to try & see if that fixes it but still half an hour out from the correct time.

It also will connect to the wifi but won't stay connected to it.

Any ideas????

I wish I had the answer but I don’t. The same thing has been happening to me since the update and it’s a gradual time difference that when I sync with the phone, it’ll have the correct time but within an hour, it starts to lose sync and slowly becomes earlier and earlier to about 2 hours behind. Have you found a solution yet?

Hi Rebecca, 

thanks for your reply, unfortunately I haven’t found a fix. The watch was working fine but it ran out of battery & when I finished fully charging it the time was half an hour out & won’t sync to the same time as the app. Updated both the app & watch, have shut them down & rebooted & actual did a factory reset on the watch to see if that would get it to sync properly but no success. So have hit a brick wall with it ☹️
