Versa 2 Today App

I recently upgraded to a Sense and gave my Versa 2 to my daughter. I did a factory reset prior to giving it to her and since then, the today app will only show 3 widgets. Prior to the reset, I had 7 widgets on that screen. Is there a setting I'm missing? It does have the latest firmware update and her phone app is also up to date.

Scroll down to the bottom of the today section on the device. You should see a "Settings" button to tap.

You can toggle on/off each individual item you wish to see turning on up to 7.

Once you have the ones you want, you can "press and hold" each "widget" as you call them until it starts to do a little "shimmy" and move them to get them in the order you want. Use a light touch - too heavy and they won't move.

Yep, we did that. It only gives 3 options instead of the 7 it had, and all of those were selected already.

Darn - and I duplicated it on my device before I posted.

Let's try this, as well - 

In the mobile app, go to the Versa 2 settings page and tap the "Apps" tile.

In the "My Apps" tab, tap "Today".

Tap on "Permissions" and make sure you have "Toggle All" selected.

If that doesn't do it, I'm out of suggestions.
