Versa lite stopped working

I chose another clock face last week because my first clock face wasn’t bright enough in daylight. I charged it fully last night. 
today I wore it for 4 hours and then it stopped working ... recorded all info until then . But now when I go in the app it says that it is not recognizing a device. I tried to put it in charger .. still black . I tried holding down left button to reset ... still black . What should I do?

I have the same problem, I bought mine just over a year ago, and it has done this to me several times.  But, this time it will not charge, turn on or anything.   At this point, I don't think I will be buying another FIT Bit ANYTHING.....It is so frustrating!
