Versa 2 Touchscreen not working properly

I have read the previous post of this similar issue however it wouldn't let me post in them so starting a new thread on the issue.

 

I have had this Versa 2 for sometime with several issues. 1st being it just stopped working in the middle of the day with 80% battery life. Screen wouldn't turn on and when put in the charger nothing. After about a day it just started working again and the problem didn't return since but then yesterday the touchscreen would only work partially or sometimes not at all. I followed the recommendations in the post but did not resolve the issue.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Their support told me to do a factory reset which I did and the issue returned immediately.
