Versa 2 - UnresponsiveTouch Screen

My touch screen on my versa 2 barely works if at all. Is there a quick fix for this issue?

Could you please confirm: 
If you have already tried to sync your device ? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Have you already tried restarting the device ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Have you already changed the clock face as explained here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi, yes I have done all of those through my app. The screen on the Fitbit has little to no response
