I was given a versa 2 as a gift last October as an upgrade to my inspire 2.
The versa 2 has never vibrated for the normal things; 10,000 steps, active zone minutes, 10-minute warnings etc. The only time it vibrates is when I am walking briskly, which it proudly recognises as a run and gives me a pointless map.
I have checked every vibration setting I can find, and have even done a reset, all to no avail.
Now, it has stopped registering my active hours on the app unless I do the 250 steps in the first 30 minutes or so of each hour. The fitbit device recognises them and will say I have completed the hour, so I am left with the frustration at the end of the day where the device is saying I have done 12 of 12 active hours, but the app says I have only done 9 or 10. Very frustrating. I think I will go back to my reliable inspire 2.
