Versa 2 Won't Reconnect To Phone

Hi, I’ve read and tried everything I’ve seen suggested already... yesterday the time on my Versa 2 kept changing. Then turned itself off.  I’ve disconnected from phone, uninstalled the Fitbit app on my phone. Tried restarting etc etc but now the phone is just showing the initial start up message with logo. I reinstalled app and started to reconnect but my phone does not  ‘see’ the Versa 2 on Bluetooth anymore. When I go into the app and try to set up Versa 2 it gets to the screen that says ‘found it’ but then times out. 

Ive tried all the troubleshooting ideas and ready to give up 😐

any more ideas?

I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then restart your device.

Unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
