It keeps telling me tp update my tracking system yet everytime i click on it. It does NOTHING.. it now doesnt alert me if i have calls or messeges.. does anyone know how this can be fixed?

I would try restarting your Versa 2 and try to update again. Just press down and hold the side button your Versa 2 until the Fitbit Logo appears then release the button. You should feel it vibrate indicating the tracker has restarted. You will not lose any of your data doing this. Once you have restarted just try the update again. I would suggest making sure your Versa has a good charge on it to do the update. I find it useful to have the Fitbit in its charger while doing so but it’s not totally necessary.

Tried that twice, no change. Wont sync to my phone. Wont update tracking system.. wont do anything unfortunatly.
Not sure what else to try? Any other ideas?

Try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. Then try syncing again. If that doesn’t resolve it try logging out of the Fitbit App then turn your phone off for 1-2 mins. Then restart your phone, wait till your phone fully loads then sign back into your Fitbit App and again attempt to sync your Versa 2

I managed to figure it out! Had to restart my phone then it fixed itself.. no idea what happened! Thanks for your help
