I purchased the Versa 2 because it would work in the water. I exercise every morning in the pool. I walk around for about 20-30 mins but my fitbit only records about 100-150 steps. Is there anything I have to do so it works while in the water?

Hi @mustanggirl, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that our Versa 2 device is swim-proof, meaning that you can swim with your Fitbit and it will track your exercise. However, when it comes to steps, floors and heart rate, the device can have a hard time tracking such stats if you're inside a pool. For a better understanding of how Fitbit devices track your stats, please check this help article and let me know if you have any additional questions.
I'll be here if you need anything else.
