Versa 2 activated, Am I missing something?

I love my original Versa but the battery doesn't last even 8 hours anymore. I activated my new Versa 2 (purchase 2 years ago) & only half of the features are available?  The clock faces on my account did not transfer from one Versa to the other & the activity tracking features/display are only 3 when the original versa had 5+.  Did I miss a step in the setup process? Or is the number two literally a number two?? I forgot to mention that the find your phone feature and the sleeping/02 stats apps are not available when I tried to activate them? They're advertised to be compatible with the Versa 2.

@Always4anna Hi. You probably don't have zone minutes yet either. I don't know how watch face purchases work across different models, but you should get a Firmware update within a couple days that will give you more options as well as zone minutes.

@Always4anna   Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  @MarkMM is right.  You need several updates to get current.  Some features won’t work until you get the latest update.

Thanks, I hope so. I've had it fully charged but not activated for several months while my Versa (original) was struggling. 🤞🤞

Thanks for the info 🤞

The Fitbit help site didn't provide any information after I made a lengthy search.
