I've had my versa 2 for 1 year, 3 weeks, and 3 days and all of the sudden when it's connected to its charger the display starts glitching and it becomes unresponsive. Removing it off the charger makes it go back to normal. I don't know if I should reset it and see if that would help.

Hi there, @Axriza. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Versa 2 by following the steps described here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't help, please verify that your Versa 2 and charger connectors are working properly. For troubleshooting steps, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Hope that helps.

I found some sort of solution but I'm not sure why it worked. I restarted my versa 2 and it still didn't help. I reset it and that didn't help either. But then I had an Idea if I switch the charging box maybe that would work. And it did I just don't understand why it did, The Charging Adapter I Used Was a Samsung fast charger which puts out 9 Volts but I've always used it because I like to charge my fitbit fast as I'm always going places. So Why Would It Stop Working All of The Sudden?
