Why doesn’t my time stay displayed on my screen? I have to push the left button to check the time.

Hi there, @Loriann55. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

In addition to what @Guy_ has suggested, please make sure that "always-on display" is enable correctly. To do so, swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon. In the quick settings screen, tap the always-on display icon. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Note: Many clock faces have their own always-on display mode. If a clock face doesn’t have this feature, you see the default always-on display clock face. To adjust what’s shown on the default always-on display clock, open the Settings app > Always-On Display >Customize.

Hope that helps.

Hi @Loriann55 - pull down the watch face once and then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings,

There turn off sleep [moon icon] and turn on wrist action [watch icon] so it comes on when you look at it.

You can set it to Always On [clock icon] but that uses the battery more.
