Versa 2 always-on display not working

I just bought my versa 2 today. I did the update at first. The always-on display never worked on my device. If I choose analog clock, it's not working at all. Whatever I choose, I only see time on the left of the screen (no battery life, nothing)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the display issue of your Versa 2, please restart your device following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
