My Versa 2 got an update. After the update, I cannot see the digital or analog watch on always-on mode. I see the screen that shows time, step, heart rate..and after 10 sec. all the stats disappear except the time. It is so annoying. Any help?
This has happened to me too. All settings are correct but nothing shows up ow on always on. I want it on analog mode which does not work, neither does showing battery life or core stats.
My Versa is brand new - arrived today. I've turned on "always on". If I set the display to Analog it works as it should. But the digital display (which I'd prefer) shows only the time in the bottom left hand corner with nothing else on that screen at all - it's set to show battery, active minutes and steps. As I say, that works in analog mode but not in digital mode.
