Versa 2 and 3

The devices won't sync on either phone for my husband and myself. Deleted devices and apps and started over. All troubleshooting was completed multiple times w/o success. Now the devices won't pair to the apps. Please help. Thank you.

Hi, same with my versa 3. I've stopped the app, stopped bluetooth, restarted my Samsung, reset the versa 3, all the usual fixes basically and nothing has worked. I did notice that the phone not connected icon on the versa 3 is there if I stop Bluetooth and does not appear when Bluetooth is on, so the versa 3 can detect the phone, a mystery indeed that to why it won't sync. I also notice that the time is now out by 12 minutes.

Same here too, my versa 3 stopped syncing on Wednesday after updating the app on my Samsumg android device.

This seems to be a major issue with many Versa 2 and Versa 3 users using Android. I called support and reported the issue. I hope the developers are working on an update to the app. I started having this issue after updating to version 4.28.

I went for my run and noticed my GPS wasn't connecting. Went on my fitbit and saying my watch needed synced. Been trying to do so for last two days but no luck at all. Uninstalled my versa 3 to try fix it but its not tracing my versa 3 at all. Tried resetting it, turning my bluetooth on and off etc etc but just not connecting ! Whats happened ?

Hi @RoswellNM et Al - this seems like a bug introduced in the latest version.

There's a simple fix for when Google introduce bugs into the software/firmware, go back to the previous version. However Google still haven't introduced such a simple concept.

Many other software suppliers adopt archiving of previous versions to help users recover quickly without having to wait for a fix.

There are even companies that specialise in archiving things on the internet that may be able to provide prior working versions of Google stuff.

I installed the update today and it still doesn't sync. I'll call support and let them know.

I also tried installing the app update (version 4.28.1) from the google store today, but it made no difference, it still doesn't work.

Why don't they just revert the app back to the last working version 4.27?
