Versa 3 not syncing

I finally resorted to uninstalling the app and reinstalling. The versa 3 did sync having done this but it seems that I have list my history.

Please, follow the steps listed here: 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
