Versa 2 and apps not working properly

Although notifications (now) are working, and activity tracking is syncing from watch to phone, water tracking is not working (entries made on one device to not appear on the other), and syncing from phone to watch does not work.

This means that weather and calendar do not work (just tell me to sync again), and things like nutrition and calorie intake are not syncing from the app on phone.

 

These did work for about a week... 😞

Have tried suggested fixes of sync issues.

 

App and watch are up to date.

Regarding your water tracking not syncing properly, please delete the wrong entries and re-add them directly to the mobile app. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any trouble. In regards to weather and calendar apps not syncing, please make sure you've tried the procedure mentioned in this article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? Could you let me know the phone that you're using with your watch?
