Versa 2 auto detect and Run Settings keep resetting

My Versa 2 keeps changing my settings once I’ve set them. I turned off vibrate when hitting new heart rate zones but every now and again it switches it back without me realising.

I also found that there’s no option to save any particular settings for the auto detect exercise. 

The vibrations when hitting different heart rate  zones is really irritating but there seems to be no permanent way to stop.

Can anyone help?

If you haven't done it already, please restart your watch by following these steps. To turn off Zone Notifications please visit this article, open the menu "Can I turn off zone notifications on my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.

For instructions on how to save particular settings for SmartTrack, please visit this article and open the menu "Can I change how my activities are tracked?".
