Versa 2 band connection

Hello, the groove where the strap connects on the versa 2 has eroded to the edge meaning the strap cannot clip in and just falls straight back out - is there anything I can do?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have tried the support link and live chat for the past two days and it says it’s not available right now! Not sure why I can’t access
