Versa 2 battery & versatility

Update: screen is 100% non-responsive.

I went from 5 day battery, I have text only and use exercise for workouts 3 times per week, to 3 day battery in a week. 

I cannot swipe to get to the next screen, can no longer swipe down to get time and battery status.

It feels like all of a sudden it is just done performing. Lol I can see gradually decreasing so this is very strange to me. 

 

Anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Hi @Sapphire0921 - it's possible the watch has developed a fault but first try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds (if the button is still working) till the display blanks or it vibrates and it restarts.

If not, as a last resort a factory reset may help but this is unlikely if the watch has a fault, possibly from getting wet.
