Hi there, @Millswatch. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling. @Guy_ Thanks for helping out!

As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

If the issue persists, may I know if you're syncing with and Android or iOS device? If you're using an iOS device, please verify and let me know which app version it's running. In the meantime, please try to log out of the Fitbit app then back in. Test your Versa 2's battery behavior and see whether it keeps on draining.

In all probability this is a common IOS Fitbit App fault.

Try turning off Bluetooth on the phone when not needing to sync, if the battery lasts it confirms the fault.
