My versa 2 fitbit was working whole day but at night out of the blue battery went dead.

@Andreapeach Thanks for confirming that you have tried those steps already.
Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 2 and report that the battery is draining quickly, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
