Versa 2 battery draing and syncing issues

Recently my Versa 2 has stopped syncing to my phone and the battery is draining very quickly. I have to turn off my Bluetooth everytime I want to see what I have done. I have restarted my phone and shut down my phone. I have restarted my fitbit. Still no progress. My battery is also draining super fast. I charged it this morning had it at 99%.  10 minutes later it was already down to 95%.  It is daily going down at least 40%.  I used to be able to charge every 4 to 5 days at 50%.  Any suggestions?  Getting really tired of this.

This is also happening to my Fitbit versa ever since the new update. Tried reaching out to Fitbit support But they were no help. Very disappointed

Mine started draining quickly as well, but but it stopped syncing sleep, heart rate, steps just about all that I was keeping track of.  One night I was watching tv and my wrist started burning!!  Couldn't get my watch off fast enough, but also had a bright red light on the back of the watch that was very hot.  So hot I took it outside which just drained the battery that was fulling charged in 1 minute.  I have had it for 3 years.  Anyone else have this problem.  Going to get a new Versa 2.

Happened to me too burned my wrist, if it happens again it’s going back to fitbit

Get on their chat line and they will help you get a new one for no charge.  I have success on their chat line.

Thanks. Will try later. I suspect won’t help.  I got my Versa 2 a year ago today as a birthday gift. So it is 12 months and 1 day old. Warranty probably not valid 😞
