Versa 2 battery draining quickly

My Versa 2 (only a few months old) had a great battery life of about 5-6 days. As of 2 weeks ago I'm lucky to make it 3-4 days (nothing has changed in my routine or in apps). Today I started the day at 57% and within 6 hours was at 44% and within 2 hours of that is now at 9%. I have not done anything different today than any other day. What's causing this sharp, sudden drop? When this began I did the recommended trouble shooting steps and it hasn't helped. Answers needed please.
