Hi everyone. I bought a Versa 2 a few months back. It was doing well up until about a few weeks ago. I noticed now that I have to charge it every other day. I have turned off notifications and it still drains. I charged it on Sunday evening and just noticed it is a 47 percent. I am really at a loss.

The profile picture should appear on the Fitbit App.
As @Odyssey13 recommended you , the next step should be to contact Support.
Chat with them or give them a call so that they can have a closer look at your case.
@Babybear42 , Nice to have you around. Depending on the developer and use of the clock face features (eg. animations, display always on, etc) the battery consumption may increase.
Regarding the syncing situation. Have you read this?Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
