My Versa 2 is losing charge quite quickly ie after 2 days. The watch was purchased in May 2020. Is it possible to have the battery replaced? The watch performs perfectly otherwise.

Hi @Heather-Rae Unfortunately when the battery dies, the watch dies. Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Battery life problems. Ifnothing helps then it is sadly dying.

I am having th same issue, it came on suddenly, and the versa2 will not hold a charge for more than a half a day. Could it be related to a recent update?
