Versa 2 battery drains during sleep

I've had my Versa 2 for almost a year now. Within the last 2 months, I've noticed it having less battery life. (None of my settings have changed.)

 

I can maybe get 2 days out of it. The main draining time is while I sleep. 

I have do not disturb hours set, screen on by button, and dim light setting. 

 

I've tried resetting it multiple times but still dead within 2 days.

 

I've also noticed the time osnt right now. I've changed it to my specific time zone, synced,  restarted.... and it still will not show the correct time.

 

Please help!

Hi @AimeeJo 

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. If several restarted didn't do the trick, then I would suggest a factory reset as the next step. On Versa 2, open the Settings settings app (looks like a gear) > About > Factory Reset. The About and Factory Reset are at the very bottom of the respective menus. More information can be found in the manual HERE
