My Versa 2 battery was on 65% this morning & suddenly drained to 3% at some point during the day. This is the 3-4 time this has happened since I purchased it in February 2021.
I generally get around 6 days on a charge.

I have had the same issue the last few months and it seems to be getting worse.. My fitbit used to be on around 65% by the end of the day. Now I have to charge it after my morning workout and again at some point throughout the day and it still ends around 10% of a charge. It almost makes the product completely unusable if it will not hold a charge. If I do not charge it throughout the day it will usually shut itself off around 6:00 pm. I only receive 2 types of notifications (which I shouldn't have to limit if the product works as it should), I have always had a fitbit clock face and I have the elumination dimmed and the quick view turned off. It would be really helpful if they would actually fix the problem other than recommending the same things over and over again that appear to do nothing.

@lshakey It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery draining issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article.
After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if it doesn't drain fast.
Hope this helps.

I use the standard clock face that the device came set with. I have 2-3 notifications only set to my device. Set to dim etc.

I agree 100%. The solutions they offer over and over again are simply a bandaid fix. Clearly there is an ongoing issue. This will be the last Fitbit I purchase unfortunately.

I had the battery go after 18 months of use. All I was offered was a 35% discount on a new one.
amazing that a company owned by Google is treating customers so awfully.
Fitbit will not be the replacement for sure.

I’m sorry but the article you posted actually says to turn the watch off display to save the battery?
what’s the point of having a watch you need to turn off?

This does not work. I had two fitbits, and after a year and half both looses their battery efficiency. My Versa 2 is only 18 months ago. And I have to charge every night. I’ll never buy another one
