Hello
it seems almost every Fitbit I purchase has had battery issues between 10 and 18 months old. If it happens under 12 months I get a free replacement. If not - oh well. I am at the 11 month mark with my Versa 2. Surprise - battery issues. Used to last 5 days. Now between 2-4. I know the symptoms - within 2 months it probably won’t hold a charge at all and I will be out of warranty! If I call support they will have me do a few things then do nothing more for me because it is still holding a charge for a few days! Help!

Hi there, @Lldelmonte. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the issue with your Versa 2. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Please know when a Fitbit device is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option. For our full warranty terms and conditions, see our Return Policy and Warranty.
Nevertheless, note that our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
If the steps our Support Team has recommended haven't helped you, please feel free to contact them back so they can continue assisting you and tell you what your options are.
Thanks for your understanding, see you around.

Hello, I just got this versa 2 a few months ago. Today my battery was at 40% when I got up at 3:45 pm before going to work tonight. By 7:30, the battery was dead. I had just charged the battery to 100% on Friday afternoon.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

This solution only makes sense to me if the user has changed the features on their Fitbit. Otherwise why would the battery just started draining quicker?
