My Versa 2 isn’t even a year old and it won’t stay charged for 12 hours. Thought these products were better than this. Not happy at all

Hi there, @Clea64. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I understand why you're not happy as your almost one year old Versa 2's battery is not lasting as expected. I'll do my best to help you with this.
I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor its behavior the next few days. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

Best AnswerMine is dying after a few hours and it normally lasts me almost a week. I have not changed any settings, nor have I synced it. I charged it last night to 100% and it is already dead this morning, with an exclamation point. I use this to track my heart rate, so I really need this.
