Versa 2 battery is draining quickly

I got my Versa 2 in March as a birthday present off family. It’s worked fine until the last 4/5 days when it’s stopped holding a charge. A charge was lasting 4/5 days but the watch now dies after a day? Also the icons and swipes don’t always respond. I have carried out all the tips suggested in the Fitbit forum but none are helping? Very disappointed that after six months my Fitbit is causing these problems. Expected better!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
