I find it irresponsible of Fitbit to try to cop out of a problem they have caused by updating their firmware oblaming it on the devices we are using when all was needed was to hold in the bottom on the watch to reset it to be able to pair to your device. Wake up Fitbit show some compassion and professionalism towards your customers. Handle them with love after all you have grown as big as you are because of us but show no care in solving the problem leaving your customers with a device that does not work with no solution. What kind of customer care is this. Disgraceful 😬
