Versa 2 battery is draining quickly

Until recently my Versa 2 had a battery life of around 4 or 5 days, now it will not last for even 1 day.

 

  • I have made no changes to the settings, added any new apps or connected to any new Bluetooth or wi-fi devices.
  • I have followed all the recommended changes to settings to reduce drain on the battery.
  • I charge the Versa 2 in line with Fitbit recommendations using the USB cable that came with the device and ensuring it is not left in the charger after reaching 100%
  • I have ensured the Versa 2 is at the current software version.
  • I have carried out a factory reset and then set up the Versa 2 again.

 

Despite all of these actions the battery will still not last even 1 day. Is there a way to test the battery or are there any other suggestions please.
