Versa 2 battery is draining quickly

So my versa battery stopped working after 16 months and now my wife’s Versa 2 battery stopped working after 2 years. This was her warranty replacement watch as her battery on her first Versa 2 watch died a week before the one year warranty ran out. 
I’m not sure what say, but we had three Fitbit Smart watches and the best we can do for battery life is 2 years. 
Is this what Fitbit would call normal?

Thank you for the canned answer.

It is a lot of money to pay for a 2 year watch!

I also received an email back from the Fitbit community moderator, so I pressed the “Reply to this post” and I get a reply email that states that it can’t not be delivered.
