Hi guys, my one year and a month old versa 2 can't hold charge more than 2 days and that too when I don't wear it for more than 12 hours a day. The customer support has been less than helpful.

Best AnswerI did an update (which was an old update that I never installed) and ever since then I constantly have to charge my versa. It also stopped reading my BP accurately and it's very difficult to get my sleep info to come up. Hopefully Fitbit will come up with a fix for all the common problems I've seen on here...if not I have a feeling alot of Fitbit users will be jumping ship...myself being one.
Best AnswerOh mine … I am having the same problem for my new fit bit versa 2 to replace a 1 year old charge 4 that broke the holder for the band no way to be fixed so …I though to upgrade for a versa 2. I bought it in this last January and from 5 days holding after a charging now does not holds 2 days. What is going on ? The trackers are not cheap! With my family I have spent a lot money in 8 different trackers just in 5 years to not get the service needed. I am thinking in quit with fit bit products.
I’m also considering ditching Fitbit watches. I’ve purchased 2 Versas and a Versa 2 over the past 2 years. All of them had problems and now the Versa 2 will only stay charged for a few hours seems once you past the year mark the watches start to glitch.
