Ive had my fitbit versa for about 8 months and its suddenly been having issues with holding a charge. ill charge my fitbit to full then ill go to check my stats and its either frozen or restarting itself and once its showing my correct screen after a minute the battery is completely drained, jumping from 80 percent to 8 percent within a few hours and it keeps not syncing with my app. my screen is on manual wake and low brightness and all those battery saving settings.

Hi there, @rory444. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. @Guy_ Thanks for your help. However, please note a factory reset cannot be suggested unless it's recommend by our Support Team or one of the Moderators after we consider all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted as it process is not always applicable, it varies on the scenario.
As a first approach, I suggest to restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If your Versa 2 does not vibrate while performing the steps above, please try the following:
Afterwards, please keep an eye on your Versa 2's battery behavior for the next couple of days. You can find more helpful information here.

Hi @rory444 - if you can, do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
Also try changing Clock face, in case it is causing an issue.
If that doesn't fix it you can try a factory reset from the same menu and set it up again. Wait at least several minutes after initiating it before doing anything with the watch.
But beware it may kill or cure. As it's still under warranty you can take it back to where you bought it for replacement with a new one if it's still not working.
