I am so disappointed with my new Versa 3. I charged this yesterday and it has run out already and needs charging again.
The charge does not hold for more than a day. Surely this cannot be right?

Hi, @Dawnee51! You're correct, that is not the battery life you should have. Honestly, the easiest thing to do might be to exchange the Versa for a new one since it's brand new.

Hi there, @Dawnee51. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. @MakMak Thanks for trying to help!
As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.
Hope that helps.

Thank you, this has been helpful as I had downloaded a clock face but I have put it back to a fitbit one and it seems to be a bit better now. I will monitor over the coming days and see how long it lasts.
