Me too. I have the same watch and this week I am having to charge it every day (in the evening) and when I wake next morning I have no sleep data as it has turned off due to low battery. I have had this before, and im sure it was because of an update. I can't help you but wanted you to know you are not alone.

Hi @Flgrl59 - due to the outage there are follow up issues.

To clear them restart the watch.

On the phone, logout of the Fitbit App and swipe the active window off, in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Login to the Fitbit App and sync, if the display is missing fields or tiles use Edit to restore them.

I’m so disappointed in Fitbit since this was a gift.  Seems like it started going wacky last Tuesday, battery, date, time, steps etc. I got it to keep a charge but then it’s off and on and no heart info or reminders and step/mile count is lagging or off. I’m ready to give up on Fitbit.

Hi @Rain99 - your issues may related to the outage, see my post in this thread.

If they are related purely to the watch try changing the clock face also.

If you have restarted the watch and the problems persist you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for the next steps.

Sorry I forgot about this post and was clearing out my emails. Did you get your back to working properly? I had turned my watch off and then it went back to normal. I did loose one night of sleep data but mine is back to normal as much as I can tell. I did not update mine, there is a banner at top of my app saying there is a Versa2 firmware update but I had read somewhere not to do it because a lot of people said their watches blacked out and wouldn’t work. Do know anything?

No, I haven’t heard of anything except syncing the app was a pain. Took me logging off the app and turning off the Fitbit. Once I logged back on then logged back on to the Fitbit it as fine.
